aku kepenatan
wah-- sesuai ngan tajuk treat nie..aku kepenatan.. kah3...
mmg siyes penat pon bulan nie..mane x nye, minggu lepas balik umah mengejut lepas dpt brite mak sakit.. dah tu..dah blik umah confirm2 semua keje terbengkalai.
last2 aku blik uni bru la settle kan.. 2 pon xjgk siap, dengan presentation lagi, test lagi esok n minggu depan...nie bru je settle individual assignment presentation.. tajuk nak gempak-binge eating and body image in relation to nutritional status among adolescent, nah, tpi isi tarakkk haa3 =D
dah tu, 18 nie ade plk dinner club,20 exam MGM la plk..
minggu depan jgk la ade role play ( kene berlakon babe ) mggu yang same gak ade
debate adolescent.. nah dugaan2 dah la exam mgu 2 jgk..
mgu berikutnye plk,, ade conferences NSM(NUTRITION SOCIETY of Malaysia) ish3.. sabo je la ..
nak dpendekkan ceghite.. treat ni nak bgtau yg diri ini tersangat la penat bulan nie..sob (T.T)

how to calculate ideal body weight
nie i nak shared macam mne nak calculate ideal body weight korunk k:
BMI = weight(kg) / height(m x m)
example : berat=57kg and tinggi =147cm
BMI = 57kg/ (1.47 x 1.47 )m
= 26.38 --------> overweight
bile dah dapat BMI sebenar korunk....
boleh kire berat ideal pada BMI 22
22 = X kg/ (1.47 x 1.47 )
= 47.53kg ---------> berat yg korunk perlu capai
berat yang perlu dikurangkan = berat asal - berat ideal
= 57kg - 47.53kg
= 9.47kg -----berat yang anda perlu kurangkan
p/s: nanti cite pasal menu planning plak k... wait...hi3
